When our vehicle colour pens are produced, various tinters are used to formulate the wide range of colours available. However, due to the manufacturing process, a small amount of tint may sometimes get lodged in the pen tip. To ensure that you get the correct colour from the pen, follow these steps upon receiving it:

  1. Shake Vigorously: Before using the pen, shake it vigorously. This helps dislodge any trapped tint particles and ensures that the colour mixture is well-mixed.
  2. Discharge the First Amount: When you first use the pen, allow a small amount of paint to flow out. You can do this by pressing the pen tip gently onto a disposable surface (such as a piece of paper or tissue). This step ensures that any residual tint is expelled, allowing the true colour to flow smoothly.
